Getting Started with Oral Arts in 3 Steps
Instructions for getting started with Oral Arts Dental Labs by creating an account, setting your preferences, and sending in a case.
Starting your journey with our lab is an easy process. Here’s how you can begin getting started with Oral Arts:
1. Fill Out the New Doctor Form
Click the New Doctor Form and complete it with your practice details. You will then receive welcome emails with information about your:
- Preferences - ensure we fabricate your cases to your unique specifications
- Customer Account Specialist - your go-to person for all things Oral Arts
- New Doctor Kit - all the necessary materials for sending in a case, totally free
- Fee Schedule - receive all of our current pricing and product information
- If you are affiliated with a DSO or GPO, let us know in the form so that we can provide you with accurate pricing
- Customer Portal - log in information and a guide to finding your way around
2. Receive Your New Doctor Kit
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a New Doctor Kit, delivered right to your practice. It includes everything you need to get started with Oral Arts: shipping labels, a physical RX, case boxes, a coupon book with hundreds of dollars in savings, and a printed fee schedule.
3. Doctor Portal Sign-In
Once you complete the form, you will receive your doctor portal sign-in information. Access the Customer Portal here.
Submit Your Case on the Portal
Use our Customer Portal for pick ups and digital scans. Our portal connects directly to every scanner on the market, and we accept all digital scan files, including micronmapper files. Navigate to the digital tab on our website for easy access to intraoral scanner connections.
Schedule Pick Up for Your Case
