Account and Payment Information
Instructions about your account, invoices, credit requests, updating cards on file, or setting up autopay.
We understand that finances and accounting can sometimes be confusing, or if you're new with our lab, maybe you haven't had a chance to look around the portal yet.
Managing Finances with Oral Arts Dental Labs
Learn how to make a payment, manage your account invoices and statements, autopay, cards on file, credit requests, and discounts below.
Making a Payment
Hover over the accounting tab on the lefthand navigation menu and click "Make Payment." Select or enter which balance you would like to pay and include any payment notes you want the lab to know. Fill out your Card and Billing Information, and when everything looks correct, click the button labeled "PROCESS PAYMENT."
Invoices & Statements
Invoices
To view your most recent invoice, hover over the accounting tab on the lefthand navigation menu and click "Make Payment."
On the right side of the screen, click the button that says "VIEW INVOICES." This will open a box with your Invoice Details for you to view.
Statements
To view your recent statements, hover over the Accounting tab on the lefthand navigation menu and click "View Statements."
You will see all of your account statements organized by date, balance, or past due status. Click any of them to open to PDF file.
Set Up Autopay
Keeping up with due dates can be a hassle and that is why we offer autopay on your account so you never miss a payment. Hover over the Preferences tab on the lefthand navigation menu and click "Accounting Preferences."
Under the section titled "Autopay," check the box labeled "SET TO AUTOPAY." Then, you can set the frequency, start date, and day of the month. Also within Accounting Preferences, you can choose your monthly statement delivery method and view your billing contact's email.
Cards on File
When making a payment, you have the option to check the box labeled "SAVE CARD ON FILE."
To view or update the cards already on file without making a payment, XYZ.
Credit Requests
There are times when dentists have earned a statement credit due to a mistake or a promotion the lab are running. If you would like to request a credit be added to your account, please fill out this form. Any relevant case information would be appreciated as well.
Discounts
We offer many discounts to customers depending on current promotions, loyalty program status, or partnered DSO / GPO membership. Check our website or your inbox for promotions regularly!
Current Promotions
If you received a print ad in the mail or a physical coupon with a discount code you would like to use, simply write the code on your Rx when you send it in.
If you submitted a form on the website for a current promotion that included a discount, it will be applied automatically to your account. You are welcome to write the discount code on your Rx when you send it in as well.
Loyalty Program
In 2026, Oral Arts Dental Laboratories are rolling out a Milestone Loyalty Program for all customers! When you send in cases, the total is being tracked and when you reach a certain number of cases sent, you will automatically qualify for a reward. The rewards vary from swag to discounted or free cases, and more!
DSO or GPO Membership
We partner with a number of Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). If you are a member of a partnered organization that receives a discounted fee schedule with us, it is your responsibility to let us know about your membership.
You can let us know about your membership to receive your discount by:
- Sending us a message via the DSO or GPO portal asking for the correct pricing
- Providing your information via this form (new doctors) or on the contact form on our website (existing customers)
