Tissue-level guide with four fixation points for optimal bone engagement around planned implant sites. Indicating windows confirm precise guide seating over teeth and tissue.
Extraction completed.
Fully guided implant placement executed through the stabilized tissue level guide, ensuring accurate positioning per the digital treatment plan. Only fixate as much as necessary to get the guide into place.
Paralleling pins verify implant rotation. This ensures correct platform orientation when using 17° or 30° multi-unit abutments, preventing rotational errors.
With implants placed and rotation verified, multi-unit abutments are placed for FP1 protocol.
Bone graft placed for ridge preservation and osseointegration support.
Primary soft tissue closure with sutures.
Fully monolithic milled FP1 full arch prosthesis fabricated from photogrammetry data and delivered for immediate function.
